Apple Tree Update

Sprayed the trees on Saturday, March 26th for the first time. Planted four new apple trees (2 – Red Cameo Apple, 1 – Liberty Apple, 1 – Adams Apple) on Sunday, April 3rd. It was cold and very windy. Used a good amount of compost from the pile and dug up a lot of rocks. Too cold to check the bees but will check the struggling hive this week. Attached is the new layout of the orchard. Still waiting on the delivery of a replacement peach tree.

Had lunch with Tom Brennan at the Frenchtown Cafe. He’s a good fellow and paid for lunch!
